For Judy Wright, art is a second nature. She has a Master's degree in education and spent six years working in public schools before moving to Early Childhood Special Ed and working for the Child Development Center in Missoula, Polson and Kalispell.

It wasn't until she retired in 2003 that she began actively pursuing her lifelong interest in Art. Judy is a multi media artist.

Judy is now a full time resident in the Mission Valley and the President  of the Sandpiper Gallery Cooperative.

Judy teaches ongoing workshops at her studio in Ronan.

This artist shows a strong focus on bright intensive colors. In her watercolor, she uses, almost exclusively 'modern ' paints as opposed to the 'old' mineral paints.
